ABOUT EXAM

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has started the WBJEE 2024 application form process on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in 2024. The WBJEE application form process has been started from 28.12.2023.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board(WBJEEB) was first established in 1962 by the Government of West Bengal in the exercise of the powers conferred under Article 162 of the Constitution of India in pursuant to No. 828-Edn(T), dated: 02.03.1962

HOW TO APPLY WBJEE 2024

Candidates should have to follow the steps given below to fill WBJEE 2024 Application Form​

• Step 1: Candidate has to visit the official website of WBJEE 2024 at wbjeeb.nic.in and click on the ‘New Registration link. Then Fill in the details... Preview the details filled in the registration and then click on ‘Submit’ icon. After the successful submission of the registration form, an application number is sent to the registered mobile number and the provided email ID. Registration link
• Step 2: After this WBJEE 2024 Application Form, login to the candidate portal using the received application number and the password that you have created and fill in all the details required in WBJEE 2024 Registration Form. Candidates will also have to choose three exam center.
• Step 3: Upload scanned images of your photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
• Step 4: Pay Application Fee through online mode.
• Step 5: Save the soft copies of the application form and fee receipt and also get a printout.

RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS/ DOMICILE CRITERIA:

• There will be no particular requirement for Residential/ Domicile certification to appear in WBJEE-2024
• However, the State (West Bengal) Residential/ Domicile requirement is applicable for admission to any Engineering/ Government/ Pharmacy Colleges/ Technology of the State as well as for the admission to any reserved category seats.

WBJEE will be held only once a year, and there shall be no further examination under any circumstances for those students who are unable to appear on the above examination date for WBJEE-2024 examination.

WJEE Questions will be answered on specially designed optical machine-readable response, which will evaluate by the Optical Mark Recognition method; therefore it is very important to follow the correct method of marking.

WBJEE EXAMINATION FEES:

• The WBJEE Examination Fees can be paid by Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card only.
• There is no other method of paying the WBJEE application fee besides the above.
• Application fees for WBJEE-2024 is Rs. Rs 500 (Rupees five hundred only) for General candidates and Rs 400 (Rupees four hundred only) for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates, plus the Bank’s service charges as applicable.

WBJEE EXAMINATION CENTER:

• Candidates from West Bengal, Assam and Tripura must select any three zones in order of preference.
• Candidates from other states must select any three zones from Kolkata/ Howrah/ North 24 Parganas/South 24 Parganas in order of preference.

Candidates are requested to go through the Boards website (www.wbjee.nic.in) regularly in order to update themselves for the latest information.
