PUMET 2024 Mock Tests Series

PUMET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

PUMET MBA (Retail Management), MBA (Infrastructural Management), MBA (Capital Markets) and MBA (Banking & Insurance Management):

• A Bachelors or Master Degree in any discipline of Panjab University or of any other university which has been recognized by the syndicate as equivalent thereto with not less than 50%* marks in the aggregate. Provided that in case of candidates having Bachelor’s degree of the University through Modern Indian Languages [Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi (Gurumukhi Script)] and/or in a classical language (Sanskrit/ Persian/Arabic) or degree of any other university obtained in the same manner recognized by the Syndicate, 50% marks in the aggregate shall be calculated by taking into account full percentage of marks in all the papers in Language excluding the additional optional paper, English and the elective subject taken together. 
• Pass in the final examination conducted by either (a) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, or (b) Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or (c) Institute of Company Secretaries of India 
• AMIE examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience. 

B. PUMET MBA (IT & Telecommunication Management) and MBA (Infrastructural Management)

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology, i.e. B.E./B. Tech. (in any Branch) of Panjab University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%* marks in the aggregate. 
• Bachelors degree in any Science subject with Physics and/or Mathematics of Panjab University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%* marks in the aggregate.  
• Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) of Punjab University or any of the other University recognized by the Panjab University as equivalent there to with atleast 50%* marks in the aggregate. 
• AMIE examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience.

PUMET MBA (Pharmaceutical Management) : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy of Panjab University or of any other university
  recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 
• M.B.B.S of Panjab University or of any other univrersity recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%* marks in aggregate.
• Bachelors Degree in any Science subject of Panjb University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%* marks in the aggregate AND Diploma in Pharmacy of Panjab University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%‡ marks in aggregate.
  
  D. PUMET MBA (Hospital Management) :    
• MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ B. Pharmacy/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) of Panjab University or a degree of any other University which has been recognized by the syndicate as equivalent thereto with not less than 50%* marks in the aggregate.  
• B.Sc (Medical)/B.Sc.(Biotechnology)/B.Sc. (Biochemistry) of Panjab University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent there to with at least 50%*marks in the aggregate

HOW TO APPLY FOR PUMET: -

Anna University hosts the PUMET 2024 application form online. Candidates can complete the PUMET registration within a stipulated deadline. The space below mentions the brief steps to fill PUMET 2024 application form:

PU MET ENTRANCE TEST FEE

Aspiring test-takers belonging to the General category need to pay Rs. 2,520 as PU MET registration/application fee 2024, however, the SC/ST/Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates will have to pay Rs. 1,260 in the State Bank of India using website-generated challan.

The examination fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

PU MET 2024 ADMIT CARD

Panjab University released the PU MET 2024 admit card on April 23, 2024 in online mode. The registered candidates need to download the PU MET 2024 admit card using their web-account credentials (Login ID and Password).

Test takers are advised to keep their admit cards of PU MET 2024 safe until the admission process draws a conclusion and also produce the same on the exam day.
