ABOUT EXAM

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET/EAPCET) 2024 is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological (JNT) University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This examination is the pre-condition for admission into various courses offered in University / Private Colleges in the state of Telangana for the academic year 2024-2025.

Following are the UG (Under Graduate) courses offered for the academic year 2024 - 2025 in the University & Private unaided and affiliated Professional colleges in the State of Telangana.

TS EAMCET/EAPCET Eligibility Criteria:

Participants should satisfy the following requirements to appear for TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024  

1. The participant must be an Indian National, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder

2.  The pariticpant applying for the exam should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. They should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended. 

3. For BE / B.Tech in Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech(Dairy  Technology), B.Tech(Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Tech (Food Technology (FT)) Courses 

• Participants who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology as optional subjects or related vocational courses in the fields of engineering, and technology, affiliated by the board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/AP along with the bridge course or courses conducted by it for the candidates enrolled from 2000-2002 onwards.
  OR
  Participants should have passed appeared at the final year of their diploma examination in engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, TL/AP or any other examination recognized as similar there to by the State Board of Technical Education.  
• Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
• In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
• In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FT), Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

A proof of satisfying the marks criteria of candidates who has appeared or yet to appear for the qualifying exam(10+2) during the year should be furnished within 7 days after publication of the examination results by the concerned education board.

NORMALIZATION OF TS EAMCET/EAPCET QUESTION PAPER: 

TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 will be conducted in multiple session based on the same syllabus & exam pattern for candidates having same eligibility criteria. A participant will be eligible to appear only in one session. Since the question paper is different for every session, there can be a possibility that the participants may compare themselves about the variation in the difficulty levels of their question paper. However, it may be noted that the prior care will be taken so that all the subjects are of the same standard of difficulty.

Criteria for TS EAMCET/EAPCET Ranking:-
Participants who have achieved qualifying marks in their TS-EAMCET and participants belonging to the category of SC(Scheduled Caste) and ST(Scheduled Tribe) with less than qualifying marks will be assigned ranking in order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the Normalized marks secured in and 25% weightage will be given to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying exam.

How to submit TS EAMCET/EAPCET Application Form: -

Submission of the Online Application form for Engineering (E) and Agriculture and Pharmacy (A&P) streams:

Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Bio-Tech. / Biology as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit E stream online application for Engineering B.E./ B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering.) / B.Tech.(Dairy Technology) / B.Tech.(FT) / B.Pharm. (MPC) / Pharm-D (MPC) courses.

Candidates with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit AM stream online application for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture / B.Sc.(Forestry)/ B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FT) /B.Pharm. / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) / Pharm-D (Bi.P.C) courses. For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C), candidates shall pass / appear for Bridge Course exam in Mathematics conducted by B.I.E, A.P./ T.S. as per G.O. 17, Dt. 02-02-2008.

TS EAMCET/EAPCET – 2024 application should be submitted through ONLINE mode only.

• Visit the official website of TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024- eamcet.tsche.ac.in.
• Click on the payment link and pay the application fee through TS (AP) Online Centres or Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or offline mode.
• After that, fill the application form by entering details such as personal information, contact details, academic qualification, and more.
• Next, upload the documents such as scanned photographs and signature in the specified format.
• Next, preview and submit the application form of TS EAMCET/EAPCET.
• Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Exam Fee for TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024

Criteria for TS EAMCET/EAPCET Admissions:

As per the Gazette of India: Extraordinary under Part-III Rule No. 7(2) for admission into B.V.Sc. & AH Courses on the basis of competitive entrance examination, a candidate under General Category for  admission  to  this  course  must  have  obtained  50%  marks  in  English,  Physics,  Chemistry  and Biology in their qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belongs to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe or other special category of student as specified by the Government from time to time, marks required for admission shall be 10% less than that prescribed for general category.

MEDIUM OF TS EAMCET/EAPCET ENTRANCE TEST:-
The TS EAMCET/EAPCET question paper contains questions in “English” and “Telugu” medium. Candidates, who have studied the qualifying examination in Urdu medium and wish to avail assistance for translating the questions into Urdu, will be allotted a Test Centre at Hyderabad only.   

TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 EXAM CENTERS-

The exam conducting body released the list of TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 exam centres at the official website - eamcet.tsche.ac.in. The exam centres of TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 consist of the list of cities Telangana EAMCET exam will be conducted. Candidates will be allowed to select their preferred TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 exam centre during the application process. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to change the exam centres again so carefully select the exam centre preferences.

TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 Admit Card:-

The admit card of TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 will be released by JNTU Hyderabad on their official website eamcet.tsche.ac.in. The candidates who have applied for the TS EAMCET/EAPCET 2024 application form will be able to download the TS EAMCET/EAPCET hall ticket 2024 in online mode. To download the TS EAMCET/ EAPCET 2024 admit card, candidates have to enter their login to the website using login credentials such as registration number, date of birth, and hall ticket number.

• Open the official website of TS EAMCET/ EAPCET- tseamcet.nic.in.
• Click on the link “Admit Card”.
• Enter your registration number, phone number, and date of birth.
• Click on “Download Admit Card”.
• Download and take printout of the admit card for future reference.

TS EAMCET / EAPCET 2024 RESULT-

NTU Hyderabad will declare the TS EAMCET/ EAPCET 2024 result on its official website. On the EAMCET scorecard candidates can enter their name, father name, DOB, hall ticket number, marks secured in physics, chemistry and mathematics, total marks secured, qualifying status etc. To download TS EAMCET/ EAPCET results, aspirants have to enter their registration number, TS EAMCET/ EAPCET examination hall ticket number and date of birth on the login window.
