ABOUT EXAM
The Common Law Admission take a look at (CLAT) is a national level entrance examination for admissions to (UG) and (PG) law programmes offered by twenty-two National Law universities in Asian country (India) and over 70 affiliated colleges.
CLAT is organized by the pool of National Law Universities (NLU), comprising representative universities.
Through the Centralised Admission Process of seat assignment, approximately 3.000 undergraduate seats and 1,000 postgraduate seats are filled at participating NLUs. However, CLAT is also approved by top private law schools in our country.

IMPORTANT DATES
The Consortium of NLUs has released the CLAT 2025 application form from July 15, 2024. The last date to fill the CLAT 2024 application form is October 15, 2025. Earlier, the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) had made some changes to the CLAT 2025 syllabus. Instead of 150 questions, now students will be required to attempt 120 questions in the CLAT 2024 exam. CLAT 2025 exam will be conducted on December 1, 2024, in offline mode.
