Online applications are invited from unmarried male and unmarried female candidates (who fulfil eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as Agniveer (MR) for 02/2024 (Nov 24) batch. The distribution of tradewise vacancies for male and female would be decided based on service requirement.

INDIAN NAVY AGNIVEER MR ELIGIBILITY

 For Indian navy MR: - Unmarried Male & Female Candidates
INDIAN NAVY AGNIVEER MR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR Age: - Candidate should be born between 01 Nov 2003 – 30 Apr 2007 (Both dates inclusive).

Duration of Service: - The Agniveers shall be enrolled in the Indian Navy under the Navy Act 1957, for a period of four years. Agniveers would form a distinct rank in the Indian Navy, different from any other existing ranks. Indian Navy is not obliged to retain the Agniveers beyond the engagement period of four years.

Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR Pay & Allowances: - Agniveers will be paid a package of 30,000 per month with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, risk and hardship, dress and travel allowances will be paid.

Seva Nidhi- Agniveers shall be given a one-time Seva Nidhi package comprising their monthly contribution along with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period of four years.

1st Year- 30000; 2nd Year- 33000; 3rd Year- 36500; 4th Year- 40000

Leave- 30 days leave per year shall be applicable for Agniveers. Additionally, sick leave would be applicable based on medical advice of competent medical authority.

Enrolment as Sailors (Regular Cadre): - On completion of four years of service, based on organizations requirements and policies promulgated by the Indian Navy, Agniveers will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent enrolment in the Indian Navy. These applications will be considered in centralized manner based on objective criteria including performance during their four-year engagement period and up to 25% of each specific batch of Agniveers will be enrolled in Indian Navy for further re-engagement as sailor (regular cadre). Agniveers will not have any right to be selected for further enrolment in to the Indian Navy. Selection of the Agniveers for further enrolment, if any, shall be at the discretion of the Indian Navy.

INDIAN NAVY AGNIVEER MR SELECTION CRITERIA:

Short listing: - Shortlisting of candidates would be based on aggregate percentage obtained in the qualifying examination (10th). Shortlisting for Agniveer (MR) – male & female will be carried out state wise in a ratio of four times the vacancies. The cut off marks may vary from state to state. The shortlisted candidates shall be issued call-up letter for written examination and PFT. Aadhar Card is mandatory for written examination/ PFT

Selection of recruits is based on State wise merit of their performance in Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR Computer-based Examination, subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical Examinations.
Online examination will be conducted for AR entries.

The Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR question paper will comprise of following sections i.e.
Science,
Mathematics and
General Awareness.

The standard of the Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR question paper will be that of 10th Syllabus & sample papers for the examination are available on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in 

Merit List: - Merit list will be prepared based on performance in Stage-II written exam, subject to qualification in Physical Fitness Test and Recruitment Medical Examination. Merit List for Agniveer (MR) – Male and Female will be based on all India basis. Merit list will be available on website https://agniveernavy.cdac.

 Recruitment Medicals:- Final Recruitment Medical Examination of all selected candidates will be conducted at INS Chilka. Induction of the candidates will be subject to qualifying in Final Medical Examination.

Training: - Training for the course will commence in Nov 2024, at INS Chilka, Odisha

HOW TO APPLY INDIAN NAVY MR APPLICATION FORM:

The Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR applications are to be filled online only on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in between 13th May 2024 to 27th May 2024.
Register yourself on www.joinindiannavy.gov.in with your e-mail ID, if not registered already. The Indian Navy AGNIVEER MR Applicants must ensure that while filling their Application Form, they are providing their valid and active e-mail IDs and mobile numbers, which should not be changed till selection procedure is over.
Log–in with the registered E-mail ID and Click on Current Opportunities.
 Click on Apply (√) button.
 Fill up the Form completely. Before clicking the Submit button make sure all the details are correct, all required documents are scanned in original & uploaded.
Online applications will be further scrutinised for eligibility and may be rejected at any stage, if found in eligible in any respect.

The application Nov be uploaded from Common Service Centres (CSC) across the country, against fixed fees of Rs 60 + GST. This facility is entirely optional.
