ABOUT EXAM
IBPS has released the window advertisement for IBPS RRB Notification 2024 on 07th June 2024 to recruit eligible banking aspirants for 8612 vacancies for Office Assistant (Clerk) and Officers Scale-I, II & III posts in different Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across the country. The detailed IBPS RRB (CRP RRBs-XII) Notification 2024 has been released with eligibility criteria, online application link, vacancies, selection process, exam centres, pattern and syllabus etc.
The online examinations for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRPRRBs XII) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in August and September 2024. The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2023.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IBPS CRP RRB XII 2024 :
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit FOR IBPS CRP RRB (As on 01.06.2024):
For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - III (Senior Manager) - Above 21 years - Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1984 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive)
For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - II (Manager) - Above 21 years -Below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive)
For IBPS RRB Officer Scale - I (Assistant Manager) - Above 18 years - Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1994 and later than 31.05.2006 (both dates inclusive)
For IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1996 and later than 01.06.2006 (both dates inclusive)

IBPS CRP RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(a) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
(b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): i) Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent .
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
ii) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
iii. Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience : Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
IBPS CRP RRB Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
1) Information Technology Officer :
Bachelors degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience : One year (in the relevant field)
2) Chartered Accountant : Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Experience : One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
3) Law Officer: Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with
a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience : Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years
4) Treasury Manager : Charted Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Experience : One Year (in the relevant field)
5) Marketing Officer : MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
Experience : One Year (in the relevant field)
6) Agricultural Officer : Bachelors degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

HOW TO APPLY IBPS CRP RRB XII 2024-
Application Form for Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs):-
A candidate can apply for the IBPS CRP RRB Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees / intimation charges separately for each post.
Candidates can apply online only from 07 JUNE 2024 to 27 JUNE 2024 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for CRP RRB XII Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should—
(i) scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure III to this Advertisement.
(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
(iii) Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges
(iv) have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CRP. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.

Candidates will have to click on CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

IBPS CRP RRB XII EXAMINATION CENTERS:
1.The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. The tentative list of Examination centres for the Preliminary exams and Main / Single exams is available in Annexure II.
2. No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained.
3. IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
4. IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
5. Candidate will appear for the examinations at an Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and IBPS will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
6. Any unruly behaviour/misbehaviour in the examination hall may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from this exam and also from the future exams conducted by IBPS.
