ABOUT EXAM

The University of Delhi is accepting CUET PG 2024 for admissions to postgraduate courses including 3-year LLB course. The online application form of  PG LLB through CUET 2024 is available at cuet.nta.nic.in (direct link provided below). Candidates can apply for CUET PG LLB 2024 by selecting COQP11 paper code and filling up details including personal details, academic details, and test centre preferences before the last date, January 25, 2024 as reopened.

COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST LLB

LL.B. Degree Course is a three-year full time course and no student is permitted to pursue simultaneously any other course including any professional course like Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary ship, etc. except a language course of the University of Delhi. The admission of a student is liable to be cancelled at any stage for violation of this rule. The Degree awarded may be withdrawn.

CUET PG LLB 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates can check the updated eligibility criteria for PG LLB through CUET 2024 as under:

Course Requirements for PG LLB through CUET 2024:-

• Academic qualification:-

The candidate needs to have passed a graduation/post-graduation degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognised Indian/foreign university.

Those appearing or awaiting results of their qualifying degree can also apply for LLB through CUET PG 2024, however, they must provide a mark-sheet to prove their qualification at the time of admission (CUET LLB) counselling.

The minimum marks required to be eligible for CUET PG LLB admissions 2024 are - 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ EWS Categories, and 45% marks in aggregate for PWD/SC/ST categories.

• AGE LIMIT

 For LLB admissions to the three-year LLB course at CUET, there is no age limit for the applicants. The candidates can apply irrespective of their age as mentioned by the DU Faculty of Law.

Conditions for disqualification:-

The university has mentioned that candidates will be disqualified from CUET LLB admissions 2024 if:

1. They have already completed an LLB degree from any other university or law school in India
2. They are pursuing an LLB degree from any other university or law school in India

The final merit list for CUET PG LLB 2024 admissions will be based on entrance exam scores, cut off percentile, category-wise ranks, and eligibility criteria. All the shortlisted candidates will have to submit their documents pertaining to academic eligibility and category to claim seat reservation at the time of counselling. 

TOTAL NO. OF SEATS:

CUET LL.B. Total seat intake for the three-year law programme is 2,888 seats combined for three campuses of Delhi University I. e. Campus Law Centre, Law Centre - I, and Law Centre - II. In addition to this 432 supernumerary seats for NRI, OCI, and foreign nationals, PWD, and can categories will be available.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CUET CUET LLB ENTRANCE EXAM

Delhi University is accepting CUET PG 2024 for admission to LLB courses, therefore the online CUET LLB 2024 application form is available at cuet.nta.nic.in. Interested candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for the 3-year LLB program needed to duly fill and submit the application form before the last date. When filling the form, only genuine and verifiable information must be used as all details will be checked and verified at the time of counselling.

How to fill the CUET LLB 2024 application form

Online registration - The candidate will have to get registered by using their email id and phone number

Filling of the application form - In this step, the candidate will have to enter personal, educational, and communication details.

Uploading of documents - The candidate has to next upload photograph, signature, and other necessary documents as per the format specified.

Payment of application fee - Pay the exam fee which has to be paid in online mode.

ADMIT CARD FOR CUET LLB 2024:

The admit card will be issued to all the eligible candidates at least five days before the exam date. The admit card will be available for download on the official website at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates could download the admit card by using their login credentials. The admit card will contain important details like the name of the candidate, the exam date, timings, reporting time, exam center name and address roll number, photo, signature.
