ABOUT EXAM

Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2025 will be conducted only in Centre Based Test (CBT) mode this year over various centers at selected cities in India. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a deemed-to-be university, ranked 4th in the country by NIRF. Admission to B.Tech programmes offered at Amrita School of Engineering – Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Coimbatore is based on the rank scored in Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2025 Computer Based Test or Remote Proctored Examination (CBT or RPE).

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University) is a University established under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. The University focuses on higher education and research in the areas of Engineering, Medicine, Management, Arts and sciences, Education, Mass Communication, and Social Work.
The University has five campuses at Amritapuri (Kollam), Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Kochi and Mysuru.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is conducting Entrance Examination every year on an all India basis for admission to the 4 year B.Tech. Degree programmes offered in the three campuses at Amritapuri (Kollam, Kerala), Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Ettimadai (Coimbatore).
The examination is referred to as Amrita Entrance Examination- Engineering, in short as AEEE.

IMPORTANT DATES

The authority will conduct the Amrita Entrance Exam 2025 in two phases - January & May. The AEEE 2025 phase 1 is scheduled to be held between January 19 and January 22. Phase 2 of the 2025 AEEE will be held between May 10 to 14 MAY, 2025. Candidates will be able to download their AEEE 2025 admit card from the website starting from January 2025.

AEEE 2025 ELIGIBILITY:

AEEE 2025 Nationality-

Candidates who are Indian National as well as foreign nationals will be eligible to apply for the AEEE exam.

AEEE 2025 Age Limit-

Participants whose date of birth falls on or after 1^st July 2003 up to 30^th June 2009 are eligible for AEEE, 2025. The date of birth as recorded in the High School/ SSC/ X Certificate/ Birth Proof will be considered authentic.

AEEE 2025 Education Qualification –

Candidates applying for AEEE 2025 must have either completed or shall be appearing in 2025, in any one of the following examinations.

• Cleared their 10+2 (class XII) or its equivalent while securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with not less than 55% marks in each of these three subjects.
• Candidates seeking admission with a Pearson UG Entrance Examination score alone shall have an aggregate minimum of 75% in PCM and not less than 75% in Mathematics.
• JEE Main 2025 qualified candidates will be eligible for direct admissions.

SELECTION PROCEDURE OF AEEE 2025: -

• Selection is based on the rank secured through CBT (Computer Based Test) AEEE 2025.
• Selected candidates can participate in online counseling based on their ranking. They can give options for specific campuses, programs, and categories of fees. Allotment will be based on the matching of the rank obtained and available options.

HOW TO APPLY AEEE 2025:-

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to apply for AEEE 2025:

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (amrita.edu) and click on the "AEEE 2025" tab.
2. Under the "AEEE 2025" tab, click on the "New Registration" link.
3. Enter your valid email address and create a strong password.
4. Click on the "Register" button.
5. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
6. Click on the confirmation link provided in the email to activate your account.

Step 2: Filling the AEEE 2025 Application Form

1. Log in to your registered account on the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham website.
2. Click on the "AEEE 2025" tab and select the "Fill Application Form" option.
3. Carefully read the instructions and enter all the required personal information accurately.
4. Select your preferred program and campus from the available options.
5. Provide details of your educational qualifications, including your 10+2 or equivalent exam marks.
6. Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including your 10+2 mark sheet, JEE Main scorecard (if applicable), passport-sized photograph, and signature.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

1. Select your payment method from the available options, such as credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
2. Pay the application fee of INR 1200 for Indian Nationals and USD 175 for Foreign Nationals.
3. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

Step 4: Choice of Exam Center and Slot

1. Select your preferred exam center and time slot for the AEEE entrance exam.
2. Review your exam center and slot details carefully and proceed.

Step 5: Final Submission

1. Review your entire application form thoroughly; ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
2. Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions.
3. Click on the "Submit" button to finalize your AEEE 2025 application.

Step 6: Download Admit Card

1. Once your application is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your application number.
2. Use your application number and registered email address to download your AEEE admit card from the official website.

FEES AEEE 2025:

• Application cost of Rs.1250 should be paid through Net Banking Account/ Credit/ Debit Card/ Paytm.
• Application cost is non-refundable.

AEEE 2025 ADMIT CARD:-

AEEE 2025 admit card is made available only to the candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. Candidates can download their AEEE 2025 admit card through the official website using their login credentials. 

Here are the steps on how to download your AEEE 2025 admit card:-

1. Visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (amrita.edu).
2. Click on the "AEEE 2025" tab.
3. Select the "Download Admit Card" link.
4. Enter your application number and date of birth.
5. Click on the "Submit" button.
6. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Print it out and keep it safe for future reference.

• AEEE 2025 Admit Card contains the candidate’s name, registration number, exam date, exam center address, etc.
• Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card.
• Candidates have to produce the same admit card at the time of counseling. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the counseling process.
