ABOUT EXAM
National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is conducted jointly by the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and Mumbai University - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai. The NEST Exam is conducted annually to offer admission for Integrated MSc programme.

IMPORTANT DATES
NEST 2024 Application have been announced by NISER and UM-DAE CEBS. As per the official notice, the application form will be start from March 20 and end up on online application form will be May 31, 2024. The NEST 2024 examination will be conducted at multiple centres (115 centres) all over India on June 30, 2024 (Saturday), 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (first session) and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM (second session).

NEST ELIGIBILITY 2024
Aspirants must know the eligibility criteria for apply and start proceeding further process. EaseToLearn provides details about NEST 2024 eligibility criteria about age limit and how many no of attempts and so many things:
AGE LIMIT -
There is no age limit in NEST Examination and Admission.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION –
Candidates need to complete 10+2 exam from a recognized board. Final year students are also eligible.
Candidates must have Mathematics as the mandatory subject in 10+2 exam.
Other mandatory subjects are physics, chemistry, biology or life science subjects.
A minimum of 60% marks is required in aggregate in 10+2 final exam for general category students.
The same is 55% marks in aggregate for SC, ST students.
Candidates from J & K, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana state have a quota of 15%.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: -
For the selection of NEST 2024 candidate must clear the examination based on the online test
NEST 2024 ADMIT CARD: -
The NEST Admit Card will be released by National Institute of Science Education and Research on its official website and registered candidate will be required to download. Candidates have to login their account created while filling in the online application form and then download the admit card.
NEST 2024 EXAM CENTRES
The NEST 2024 is expected to be conducted in centres located in 115 cities across India. Candidates have to select up to five cities as per their preferred NEST center location while filling the application form. The exam authorities will try to allot the NEST 2024 Exam Centres as per their preference and availability, the final allotted test center will be mentioned on the NEST 2024 admit card. After the issuance of the admit card, candidates' requests to change centres will not be entertained.
