ABOUT EXAM

NTA(National Testing Agency) has decided that JEE-Main 2023 will be a total computer-based examination (online examination) to be held in /April/May 2023

Joint Entrance Examination consists two papers:
- Paper 1 is conducted for Admission to UG- Engineering Program (B.E/B.Tech)
- Paper 2 is conducted for Admission in B.Arch & B.Planning courses.

The Exam will allow NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments, as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Candidates of UPSEE (2023) will take JEE (Main) 2023. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow will use the score sheet of JEE (Main) –2023 for admission to fill 1.40 lakh seats in 750 colleges affiliated with it across the State.

#important-note: The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, and Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting JEE-Main to the NTA (National Testing Agency) from 2018 onwards.

HOW TO APPLY:-

JEE MAIN 2023 application form has been released on 15 December, 2022. The last date to apply for of the exam is January 12, 2023.
Candidates can apply for JEE MAIN 2023 through on-line mode only.
To fill JEE MAIN 2023 Application Form on-line, you can follow the steps mentioned below:-
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE MAIN https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
Step 2: Register yourself by using your email id and then verify email.
Step 3: Fill the application form on-line by entering all the qualification details required for the application form.
Step 4- Candidates will be required to pay the application fees in on-line mode via Net banking, Credit/Debit card and UPI/ Wallet.
Step 5- Candidates applying for JEE MAIN 2023 need to upload the required documents while filling the application form. These documents are to be uploaded in the said format on the official website.
