The above tests except the Tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. 

• There will be 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness
• The duration of the online test will be 2 hours
• There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
• There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Penalty for Wrong Answers - For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

The applicants, who are successful in the IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Grade A Exam for Admissions to IDBI Bank Online test, would be called for a personal interview. The number of candidates called for interview will be at the discretion of the Bank. During interview candidates will have the option to answer the questions in Hindi or English. Candidates who pass the online test will be invited to the personal interview round for the IDBI Junior Assistant Manager recruitment 2024-

The interview will be scored a total of 100 marks. Candidates must obtain a minimum qualifying score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) in the interview. Only a sufficient number of candidates in each category, as determined by the Bank, will be invited to interview.

Candidates will have the choice of answering questions in Hindi or English during the interview.

 Note- Please keep in mind that your final selection or offer of employment will be based on the following formula: final Score = 3/4 of Online Test Score + 1/4 of Interview Score.
