Industrial Development Bank of India announced the IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025-26 on its official website, idbibank.in. Through this recruitment drive, 600 vacancies will be filled for the position of Junior Assistant Manager (Grade “O”). Selected candidates will undergo a one-year Post Graduate Diploma program in Banking and Finance. This program entails six months of classroom instruction at a designated campus, followed by a two-month internship and four months of on-the-job training at various branches, offices, and centers of IDBI Bank.
