In MHT-CET exam, about 20% of the weightage will be given to the Std. XI curriculum and 80% of the weightage will be given to the Std. XII curriculum.
Unlike JEE (Main), there will be no Negative Marking, but the difficulty level will be the same for Physics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. The difficulty level of the Biology examination will also be at par with NEET.
