Age Limit (as on 31st October 2023)-

For apply IOCL Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice/ Accounts Executive posts 2023 examination candidates minimum age should be 18 years, and the maximum age should be 24 years. There is age relaxation also available for relevant categories as per government rules-

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2023 Nationality-

• Indian Citizenship
• A Candidate of Nepal / Bhutan /
• A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement they also can apply for IOCL TRADE APPRENTICE  2023/
• A Person of Indian Origin who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, or the East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

                                                       Education Qualification –

Candidate must hold a valid degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute for IOCL Trade Apprentice 2023.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

• 10th class with ITI in relevant trade from a recognized institute.
• 12th class with a Science stream and relevant trade certificate from a recognized institute.
• Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade from a recognized institute.

Percentage: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates).

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Trade Apprentices for the year 2023. A total of 1720 vacancies are to be filled in various trades.
 

Selection Procedure of IOCL Trade Apprentice 2023: -

The selection procedure for IOCL Trade Apprentice 2023 is as follows:

Written Test: The written test will be objective type and will consist of four options with one correct option. The test will be conducted in English and Hindi. The test will cover the following topics:

• General Knowledge
• Arithmetic
• Science
• Trade Knowledge

Skill Test: The skill test will be practical in nature and will assess the candidate's skills in the relevant trade. The skill test will be conducted on the same day as the written test or on a different day, as decided by IOCL.

Document Verification: Candidates who qualify for the written test and skill test will be called for document verification. Candidates will have to submit all the original documents, including their educational qualification certificates, trade certificates, and other relevant documents.

Final Selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the written test and skill test.

IOCL TRADE APPRENTICE 2023 ADMITS CARD: -

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2023 admit cards will be available for download on the IOCL official website from 27th November 2023 to 2nd December 2023. Candidates can download their admit cards by logging into their account and clicking on the "Download Admit Card" link.

To download the admit card, candidates will need to enter their registered email address and password. Once the admit card is downloaded, candidates should take a printout of it and bring it to the examination hall on the day of the exam.

Important Points:

• Candidates must bring a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card to the examination hall.
• Candidates must not bring any electronic devices, such as mobile phones, calculators, or smart watches, to the examination hall.
• Candidates must arrive at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the exam.
