HOW TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANIZATION

Candidates are advised to read the following instructions carefully before applying on-line and also all the instructions given on main instruction page of the on-line application:

1. Candidates are first required to go to the website https://www.epfindia.gov.in/ and click on the carrier’s link to open up the On-Line Application Form.
2. Candidates will have to enter their basic details and upload the photograph and signature in the online application form. Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature. 
3. Attach the photographs and signature (not more than the 3-month-old photo is allowed).
4. Candidates have to verify all the details before clicking on “Final Submit”
5. No changes are entertained once the candidate clicks on the “Final Submit button”.
6. Validate your details by clicking on “Validate your Details”.
7. Modify the details if required and click on “Final Submit”.
8. You will be redirected to the payment page, and pay the required amount to complete the registration process.  .

On the basis of the details furnished in application form, candidates shall be called for On-line examination and admit cards shall be issued to them accordingly. The admit card for on-line examination will be sent to the eligible candidates on their registered E-mail IDs only.
