ABOUT EXAM

The Screening Test Regulations of 2002 introduced the FMGE-Screening Test. According to the rules, “An Indian citizen possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15 March 2002 shall be required to pass a screening test held for that purpose by the designated authority in accordance with section 13 of the Act.

As per the current schedule, the Screening Test is held by the National Board of Examinations in June and December each year.

FMGE EXAMINATION CENTRE

The tentative list of cities where the FMGE December 2024 session shall be conducted is as follows:

Candidates must pay for their own transportation to the test site listed on their FMGE admit card.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FMGE DECEMBER 2024:

 The index page of FMGE DECEMBER 2024 session at National Board of Examinations website www.nbe.edu.in provides a quick link, “Applicant Login”. After successfully logging in, you can use this quick link to access the online application form for the FMGE DECEMBER 2024 session.

New User Registration: All applicants who wish to be selected for the FMGE DECEMBER 2024 session must first construct an online profile of themselves in order to receive a User ID and Password.

Applicant Login: The candidate will be able to log in as a candidate for the FMGE DECEMBER 2024 session and register an online application using the User ID and Password that have been set. After user creation, the "Go to Application" link enables the applicant to carry on with the application submission.

Here are the steps on how to fill the FMGE application form online:

Step 1: FMGE Registration

1. Go to the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) at Registration Link
2. Click on the "FMGE" tab.
3. Select "Screening Tests".
4. Click on "FMGE".
5. Click on "New Registration".
6. Read the instructions carefully and click on "Close".
7. Enter your personal details, such as name, date of birth, nationality, and gender.
8. Enter your contact details, such as email ID and mobile number.
9. Enter your educational qualifications, including your primary medical qualification and internship details.
10. Upload your scanned passport-size photograph and signature.
11. Click on "Submit".

Step 2: FMGE Application Login Credentials

1. Once you have registered, you will receive a login ID and password to your registered email ID.
2. Use your login ID and password to log in to the FMGE application form.

Step 3: Filling FMGE Application Form

1. Fill in the remaining details in the application form, such as your preferred exam center and exam city.
2. Review your application form carefully to ensure that all the information is correct.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee

1. Pay the application fee of INR 6,195/- (INR 5,250/- + 18% GST across categories) online using credit/debit card or net banking.
2. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

 FMGE EXAMINATION FEE 2024

The FMGE examination form fee will be non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. 

• The above FMGE fee is inclusive of examination fees and an information bulletin. Please visit the official website (https://nbe.edu.in/) for exact payment information.
• FMGE Late Fee – This is to be submitted by those participants who have applied on & after the deadline date of fee submission – Rs 1500/- (One Thousand & Five Hundred only)

Payment Method FMGE 2024

 The required registration fee must be paid using a payment gateway with a credit card, debit card, or net banking account issued by an Indian bank.

FMGE ADMIT CARD:

On January 08th 2025, the National Board of Examinations website, https://natboard.edu.in, will publish the admit cards. Before the exam is conducted, candidates who have been found to be ineligible will not be given admit cards.

The FMGE Admit Card is an important document that allows candidates to appear for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). It contains the candidate's personal information, exam center details, and exam timings. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official NBE website.

How to download FMGE Admit Card:

1. Visit the official NBE website: https://www.natboard.edu.in/
2. Click on the 'Examinations' tab.
3. Select 'Screening Tests'.
4. Click on 'FMGE'.
5. Click on 'Download Admit Card'.
6. Enter your registration number and date of birth.
7. Click on 'Submit'.
8. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
9. Download and print your admit card.
