SBI CLERK SALARY 2025

The revised pay scale for SBI Clerk 2025 is:

Basic Pay: Rs.24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020- 2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480.

This means that the starting basic salary for an SBI Clerk will be Rs. 26730/- (Rs.24050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).

In addition to the basic salary, SBI Clerks also receive a number of allowances, including:

• Dearness Allowance (DA): This allowance is a percentage of the basic salary and is adjusted periodically to reflect changes in the cost of living.
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): This allowance is a percentage of the basic salary and is based on the place of posting.
• Transport Allowance: This allowance is a fixed amount and is based on the place of posting.
• City Compensatory Allowance (CCA): This allowance is a fixed amount and is paid to employees working in certain cities.

SBI CLERK SELECTION PROCEDURE 2025: -

For the selection of SBI Clerk 2025 candidates have to clear the examination based on the online test and the test conducted in two phases.

• Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
• Phase - II: Main Examination

Test of Specified Opted Local Language

Candidates have to appear for the test of the specified local language opted for at the time of applying. Only candidates qualifying for the mains exam are required to appear for the test. Candidates not found proficient in the opted local language are disqualified from the recruitment process. Candidates who have studied the specified local language in Classes 10 and 12 are not required to appear in the local language test. In the case of others, the local language test is compulsory.
