Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria in terms of nationality, age restriction, and educational background in order to apply for the Central Bank of India SO exam 2023.
Central Bank of India SO Nationality/ Citizenship: -
A candidate must be either-

1. a Citizen of India or
2.  a subject of Nepal or
3.  subject of Bhutan or
4. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st  January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
5.  a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.  Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) as above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.  A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination/ interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the Government of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him

Central Bank of India Selection Procedure:-

The candidates shall be required to appear for an online examination to be conducted through Central Bank of India.

• Online Written Exam
• Interview
• Document Verification

Central Bank of India SO Online Written Test:
The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Online Test, Personal Interview, and/or GD.
On-line tests will be conducted through CBI/ or any other examiner decided by the Bank and the mode of test will be decided by the Bank.  

Central Bank of India SO Personal Interview:

Candidates who qualify for the Central Bank of India SO written test will be called for a Central Bank of India SO personal interview. The interview will be conducted to assess the candidates’ suitability for the position. It will carry a weightage of 100 marks.
