Indian Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB) is having 650 Branches all over India. IPPB branches aims to utilize and leverage the field network of the Department of Posts through its approx 1,55,015 post offices as access points and approx Three Lakh postmen and Grameen Dak Sevaks (GDS) to provide doorstep banking services.

 Indian Post Payment Bank has published a recruitment notification on its official website, @www.ippbonline.com on 26 July 2023 for the post of Executives under Advertisement no- IPPB/CO/HR/RECT./2023-24/03. IPPB Executive Recruitment 2023 has been announced for the 132 Executive posts on a contractual basis. This year, Indian Post Payment Bank has announced 132 vacancies of Executive posts to be filled through IPPB Recruitment 2023. Let’s have a look at the category-wise vacancies announced under IPPB Recruitment 2023 Notification are mentioned in the given table-

For the post of Executive, IPPB has included a certain age limit for the candidates-

Educational Qualifications:

Preference: The candidate with prior experience in sales/operations of financial products would be preferred.

IPPB Executive Recruitment 2023 Probation Period

IPPB Recruitment 2023 for the post of executive the period of contract will be for 1 year and further the contractual base may get extended to 2 years. If the selected candidate will be able to deliver satisfactory performance then the contractual basis may elaborate its time frame. The maximum duration of this post might be for 3 years.

HOW TO APPLY IPPB 2023-

• Step 3- A new page appears, search for “Advertisement for Engagement of Executive on Contract Basis to IPPB”
• Step 4- Under this section, click on “Apply Online”>> New Registration.
• Step 5- Enter the details required in the application form.
• Step 6- Pay the required application fee and submit the duly filled application form before the last date i.e. 16th August 2023
• Step 7- Print and save the application form for future reference.

APPLICATION FEE/ INTIMATION CHARGES IPPB 2023-

The aspirant’s applications will be accepted only if they submit an application fee as depicted in the given timeline as in the IPPB Recruitment 2023 Notification. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. After the payment of application fees, the application form will be duly accepted by the organization.

IPPB Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection criteria for the IPPB Recruitment 2023 for the executive post have been segmented into three parts. First of all the candidate has to go through an online test followed up will be a group discussion. In the final round the candidate has to go through a personal interview to secure their post. The candidates have to qualify in each stage to get shortlisted for 132 Executive Vacancies 2023. After all the stages IPPB will create a list of shortlisted candidates as per their results, qualification and experience.
