LIC HFL PROBATION PERIOD:

Assistant:-
six months from the date of joining which can be extended for a most period of six months.
Assistant Manager: -
Before appointment as Assistant Manager, there'll be a coaching period of one year as Management initiate from the date of joining. A consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- per month are going to be paid throughout this training period. The appointment to the post of Assistant Manager is going to be subject to prosperous and satisfactory completion of the coaching amount. there'll be a probation period of one year from the date of appointment as Assistant Manager which can be extended for a
maximum period of one year.
Work Experience-
Completed three years as DME in LIC HFL as on 31.03.2022 and continued as DME or selling intermediator in LIC HFL. accomplishment of minimum business targets (monthly/ quarterly/yearly) as determined by the corporate throughout initial 3 years of appointment as DME. The accomplishment of business target is going to be verified by the corporate and solely eligible
candidates are going to be allowed for the more method of achievement. the choice of Company is going to be final during this regard.
